Nick Lorenzini

President

Nick has been with Regal Custom Painting since 2003, He owned his own company for which he subcontracted work to Regal for 9 years. Nick became a part of our Estimating team and was then promoted to Field Supervisor, he is Kurt’s oldest and only son. Nick is a great asset to Regal Custom Painting, His extensive experience in the field has helped develop many production teams, and is committed to making sure everything we do is done to Regal’s standard of quality. His capacity to hire and train painters has proven very beneficial to producing high-quality projects. Upon Kurt’s passing Nick has taken over as Regal Custom Paintings president. His knowledge and experience, and love for the company will ensure he is well qualified for the job. Nick has proven over the years to be a true craftsman with his quality and attention to detail when painting, and in turn, bring that success and his own creativity to Regal Custom Painting to follow in his father’s footsteps.

Sue Lorenzini

Vice President

My name is Sue Lorenzini, I am the Vice president of Regal Custom Painting, and proud to be part of the Regal team! I worked side by side with my husband both in the field and in the office, back when we started this company in 1982. It has been a privilege to watch my children, nephews, and friends help build Regal Custom Painting into the successful family business it is today.

Craig Lorenzini

Chief- Financial Officer

Craig started his career in a manufacturing company serving as a machinist in 1975. He was moved into engineering in 1993, duties included estimating, job costs, continuous improvement of programs, and assisting in customer relations. Craig joined Regal in 2004 as Purchasing Manager for the company. In 2007 he accepted the position of Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, he oversees all of the financial processes for the company including banking, job costing, and payroll. Craig is a proud father of three; Amanda, Daniel, and Michael and granddaughters named Lilly and Julia, and Jillian.

Mark Lorenzini

Operations Manager

Mark Lorenzini is the North Florida Division Manager, which includes Tallahassee, Panama City, and Jacksonville. He is responsible for running the day-to-day operations, estimating, managing, performing office tasks, and dealing with our customers. Prior to working for Regal Custom Painting Inc. Mark owned and operated Mark Enterprises, doing subcontracting work from Regal Custom Painting Inc. While getting trained on how they run their operations. Mark has been in his position with Regal since 2003. He has some college education in business management, computers, and police science.

Maria Werner

Executive Administrator / Estimator

My name is Maria Werner. I have been on and off working for Regal since 2002. I had started as part of a punch crew, painting for residential homes, then moved up to supervision. I left for a few years to get my BS in Psychology and have my son, Joey. Yet, I missed my work family and was thrilled when asked to rejoin the team as Executive Assistant/ Estimator. I am honored to get to be part of this ever-evolving company that keeps growing yet remains wholesome and true. Because of great mentors from this company, I believe in the honor of a handshake, taking pride in a job well done, and giving back to the community.

Angelina Lorenzini

Executive Administrator

Angie started with Regal as a part-time office assistant, filing material invoices in 2008 while going to high school. She continued working with us as she went on to College for Radiology. During college, she realized that she wanted to be a part of Regal 100% with the hopes of one day following in the footsteps of her father, Kurt, alongside her brother, Nick, and sister, Jennifer. Angie then worked her way up to Executive Administrator, which she did for 8+ years, and with her hard work and attention to detail, she is now Regal’s New Construction Estimator. Angie is not afraid of change, and things constantly change in our line of work, which makes her a good asset; She views change as an opportunity to adapt, grow, and improve. Angie’s goal is to build on her dad’s foundation by maintaining customer relationships, developing new customer relationships, and staying true to Regal’s quality and loyalty. Angie is also a mother of 2 boys, Maddox and Noah, which are her world. Her strong family values and work ethic are just a couple of reasons we keep her here at Regal; she makes a great pasta salad too. Angie’s sunny personality and bright smile can light up a room; forever, our positive ray of sunshine here at Regal.

Jennifer Lorenzini

Office Administrator

Jennifer is our office administrator, her title comes with several diversified duties in the office including customer relations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Jennifer also has experience painting, she worked out in the field for Regal Custom Painting, on commercial projects as well as residential, from new construction to re-paints. Working alongside some of the best painters in the business, she was able to learn a great deal. Her work in the field has given her an advantage in the office, giving her a better understanding of how to handle different situations that may come up. Her hard work and commitment to providing only the best for our customers are what make Jennifer a valuable member of the Regal team.

Jim Fletcher

Field Supervisor

Started his career in mfg. in 1997 as a machine operator working his way up through a well-established company as a department manager for 8 years then becoming a plant manager for 4 years. Duties included were overseeing all daily operations of the plant, quoting new jobs, developing processes that maximized quality in a productive manner while working with customers to ensure complete satisfaction in a timely fashion. 2015 moved to Sarasota area with his wife Barb of the last 16 years. After moving to Florida. Started working at a large window manufacturer as a production leader on multiple products for 3 years overseeing the production and ensuring all quality standards are met to meet the customer expectations. Committed, passionate and dedicated, will always see through any task or challenge that is given to me. Hobbies include outdoor photography, kayaking in the gulf, playing and watching all types of sports. Never pass up a good pizza!

Natalia Lorenzini

Field Supervisor

Natalia Lorenzini has been with Regal Custom Painting since 2016. She came on board as a field supervisor, managing crews and organizing daily schedules. Natalia is married to Nick Lorenzini and they have two beautiful children together, Ethan and Emily Lorenzini. Natalia has been a big asset to Regal, her organizational skills and Verbal communication (both English and Spanish), are what make her a perfect fit for Regal’s field supervisor. We are very proud to have Natalia working with us while maintaining high-quality control and dedication to excellence. Natalia also is our consultant for interior decorating and design; if you have some questions on color combinations, Natalia is the person for you!

John Long

John Long mentored Kurt before he came to Florida and continued being a role model to every life he touched. Homeowners and builders ask for him by name to this day because he was that influential. Whether it was painting techniques or the simple honesty he exuded, he continues to impact Regal to this day. His hardworking ethics helped build a strong foundation pushing us to become a leading figure in the painting trade. He will long be remembered as honest John and honored by his family, friends, and Regal family for years to come.
